These rules apply to individuals who are not members of the Cercle des Subversives© but who participate in Cercle events that are open to all.
As a participant or external contributor, you agree to adhere to the following principles in order to ensure a caring, safe, and respectful environment for all participants.
1. Respect and Kindness
- Discussions should be conducted in a spirit of listening, without judgment, and should promote a climate of constructive dialogue.
- No discriminatory, political, or religious comments will be tolerated.
- Contribute positively to the atmosphere of the event.
2. Confidentiality
- Anything shared during the event remains confidential and the property of Cercle des Subversives©.
- No dissemination (oral, written, digital) of personal or sensitive information is permitted.
3. Image rights
- Any recording (photo, video, audio) requires the prior consent of the persons concerned and the co-founders of the Cercle.
4. Use of contacts
- The contact details or information exchanged may not be used for commercial or personal purposes without explicit consent.
5. Responsibilities of participants
- Participants agree to follow the instructions given by the organizers and to contribute to the smooth running of the event.
- Anyone who witnesses or experiences inappropriate behavior is encouraged to report it to the organizing team.
6. Penalties for non-compliance
- The organization reserves the right to exclude any person whose behavior violates these rules, without refund and with a ban on reapplying for future events.
- In the event of serious misconduct, the Cercle des Subversives© reserves the right to take legal action.
7. Commitment
- By participating in our events as a non-subscriber, you agree to abide by these rules of operation.
